By purchasing a ticket to Debate Over Drinks, you agree to these terms. Tickets are sold through Stripe and are valid only for the specific event date and time stated at checkout.
We reserve the full right to refuse entry or ask someone to leave if we believe they're excessively intoxicated or behaving in a way that could put other attendees at risk. This is a night built for fun, laughs, and healthy arguing — not chaos. If someone crosses that line, we'll step in, and no refund will be issued in that case. Our priority is making sure everyone in the room has a safe, good time.
We have zero tolerance for harassment, hate speech, or violence of any kind. Attendees who violate this may be removed from the event without a refund, and may be barred from future events.
We reserve the right to change the event date, time, venue, or debate topic if circumstances require it. We'll always try to notify ticket holders as early as possible, but this alone does not guarantee a refund — see our FAQ for our refund policy.
Tickets are non-refundable except in the event that Debate Over Drinks cancels or postpones the event. If we cancel or postpone, ticket holders will be offered either a full refund or a credit toward a future event, at the ticket holder's choice. Refunds are not issued for any other reason, including but not limited to change of plans, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the event.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional use (social media, our website, etc.). If you'd prefer not to be featured, let our team know at the event and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Debate Over Drinks and its organizers are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damages incurred before, during, or after the event, beyond what is legally required. Attendees consume alcohol at their own discretion and risk.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the event is held.
